This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns for photography services provided by Guaranteediecrea.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your photography session booking under the following conditions:

  • More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund of deposit, minus any processing fees
  • 24-48 hours before the session: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund of deposit

To cancel a booking, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling your session:

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge
  • Rescheduling requests made 24-48 hours in advance may incur a rescheduling fee
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and may incur a fee

We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date for your session.

Refund Policy for Completed Services

Due to the custom nature of photography services, refunds for completed sessions are generally not available. However, we will work with you to address any concerns:

  • If you are unsatisfied with your images, please contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • We may offer a reshoot or additional editing services at our discretion
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of significant service failure or breach of contract

Digital Products

Digital images and files are delivered electronically and are considered delivered once made available for download:

  • Digital files are non-refundable once delivered
  • If you experience technical issues downloading files, we will assist you in resolving them
  • Replacement files may be provided if files are corrupted or damaged

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

For outdoor sessions, we reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control:

  • No additional fees will be charged for weather-related rescheduling
  • We will work with you to find an alternative date
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided

Photographer Cancellation

In the rare event that we must cancel your session:

  • You will receive a full refund of all payments made
  • We will make every effort to provide advance notice
  • We may offer to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to your availability

Processing Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Processing fees charged by payment processors may not be refundable
